מבחנים:

מבחני קיו: באיזה מסגרת דוג'ואים חברים באירגון מקיימים מבחני קיו?

מבחני קיו נערכים בכל דוג'ו על ידי המורה האחראי על אותו דוג'ו מבלי לידע או לערב את האירגון. כל מורה רשאי לבחון עד שתי דרגות קיו מתחת לדרגתו הנוכחית. מורה בדאן 1 רשאי לבחון עד קיו 2. מורה בנידאן רשאי לבחון עד קיו 1. אין צורך באישור מיוחד. אם רוצים להעניק תעודה לחניכים, אפשר להנפיק באופן עצמאי.

מבחני דאן: באיזה מסגרות מקיימים מבחני דאן?

אחד המניעים העיקריים להקמת האירגון היה העובדה שהאייקידו בישראל קיים ומתפתח למעלה משלושים שנה. השאיפה שדוג'ואים שחברים באירגון יתנהלו כמו דוג'ואים ביפן ובכל מדינה אחרת בה האייקידו קיים כבר עשרות שנים.

המצב עד היום גרם לקשירת נושא הדרגות לסמינרים יקרים ולמבחנים על ידי מורים שאינם קשורים ישירות לנבחנים. קשיים הוערמו על שומרי שבת ומסורת חגי ישראל ועל מעוטי יכולת כלכלית. האפשרות להיבחן במסגרת סמינרים של מורים אורחים מחו"ל תמשיך להתקיים, לצד ארבע האפשרויות הנוספות הבאות לבחירה חופשית על ידי כל דוג'ו. כל אחת מהדרכים הללו מוסכמת ומקובלת על ידי ההומבו דוג'ו של אייקיקאי:


מבחן על ידי שיהאן אורח – שיהאן אורח מחו"ל או מישראל, שקיבל אישור לבחון על ידי ההומבו דוג'ו של אייקיקאי.

המורה של הדוג'ו – מורה שהוא דאן 4 ומעלה שקיבל אישור מההומבו דוג'ו לבחון את תלמידיו.

על מנת לסייע לדוג'ואים אשר בהם המורה הוא בדאן 3 ומטה, ניתן לערוך מבחן מבחן על ידי מורה אורח בדאן 4 ומעלה או חבר בוחנים בעלי דאן 4 ומעלה, לאחר שהתקבל אישור לבחון על ידי ההומבו דוג'ו. המורה הבוחן חייב להיות דאן 4 ומעלה של אייקיקאי.

אירוע מבחנים שנתי/תקופתי – מבחני דאן של חברי דוג'ואים שונים המשתייכים לאירגון, באירוע תקופתי הפתוח לדוג'ואים שונים.

מבחני דאן: מי יכול לגשת למבחן דאן 1 עד 4? כיצד האירגון יימנע מזילות ענייני מבחני דאן? (הימנעות מ"פסטיבלים של דרגות")

כל דוג'ו אשר יגיש תלמיד למבחן מטעם מורה החבר באירגון, יידרש להציג:

• תיעוד מסודר ואישורים:
• אישור מהמורה הישיר
• הסכמת המורה הבוחן
• תיעוד של הדרגה הנוכחית והוותק+כמות האימונים מאז המבחן הקודם.
• למבחני דאן 2 ומעלה: הגשת צילום של פנקס היודאנשה של אייקיקאי (דרכון אייקידו).

מה לגבי דרגות בכירות בהן לא נבחנים? (דאן 5 ומעלה)

הומבו דוג'ו מכריז על דרגות גבוהות בכל שנה בתחילת ינואר. בקשות לקידום לדרגת דאן 5 ומעלה, אפשר יהיה להגיש עד חודש סוף חודש אוקטובר. בחודש נובמבר בפגישה השנתית של האירגון הישראלי, אנו נדון בבקשות לקידום. אפשר יהיה להגיש בקשות לדרגות אלו תוך הצגת האישורים הבאים:

• אישור מהמורה הישיר (במידה ויש מורה ישיר)
• תיעוד כמות האימונים / שעות הדרכה / השתתפות בסמינרים מאז המבחן הקודם.
• צילום של פנקס היודאנשה של אייקיקאי (דרכון אייקידו).

האם המבחנים יערכו תוך פיקוח כלשהו או הצבת תנאים וסטנדרטים מסויימים?

מטרת האירגון היא להציע עזרה ולא להכתיב כללים. אחד מכללי היסוד של אירגון ישראל אייקיקאי, הוא שלא מתערבים זה לזה בענייני הדוג'ו, הדרכה, מבחנים וכו'. השלד המינימלי והבסיסי הוא תקנון אייקיקאי (הומבו דוג'ו –יפן) וכן דף הדרישות למבחנים שמוצג באתר אייקיקאי. כל דוג'ו רשאי להוסיף ולהחמיר בדרישות, אך לא להמעיט מהן.

כיצד מקבלים אישור לקיום מבחן?

כל בקשת קיום מבחנים נעשית תוך פנייה ליפן למחלקה הבינלאומית של ההומבו דוג'ו. מחלקה זו עמוסה מאוד ומטפלת באלפים רבים של דוג'ואים ברחבי העולם. אנו מעוניינים להקפיד על שני הדברים הבאים:

• הימנעות מהצפת ההומבו דוג'ו בבקשות וכו'. לכן חוץ ממקרים דחופים, כל העניינים הנדרשים ירוכזו ויישלחו בשלושה מועדים בשנה. 
• יצירת אמון מצד ההומבו דוג'ו – לשם כך, ננהג בזהירות רבה ובאופן הדוק על פי התקנון של אירגון איייקאי אשר מופיע באתר ההומבו דוג'ו.

ערכת מבחנים:

בעתיד הקרוב אנחנו נכין ערכה מסודרת אשר כל מורה יוכל להיעזר בה: ערכת הנחיות ומסמכים להגשת תלמידים למבחנים, דרישות למבחנים וכו'.

מבחנים על ידי מורים מקומיים:

בשנת 2014 אנחנו נבקש מההומבו דוג'ו לקיים מבחנים על ידי מורה שהוא דאן 6. במהלך 2013 קיבלנו אישורים שכאלה. בהמשך, בשנת 2015 נבקש אישורים למורים שהם בדרגת דאן 5, ובסופו של דבר, בשנת 2016 נבקש אישורים לבחון על ידי מורים שהם דאן 4.

בקשות לקיום מבחנים יוגשו להומבו דוג'ו במועדים הבא: תחילת חודש מרץ, תחילת חודש יולי, ותחילת חודש נובמבר. על התלמידים יהיה להגיש למזכירות האירגון את כל האישורים הנדרשים חודש לפני המועדים הנ"ל.

כיצד ינוהל התשלום עבור מבחני הדאן?

על פי ההומבו דוג'ו, התשלום הוא לאירגון אייקיקאי ביפן. כל מורה שיבחן, יהיה אחראי ומחויב לדאוג להעברת הסכום שאייקיקאי יבקשו היישר אל חשבון הבנק של הומבו דוג'ו - אייקיקאי. העמותה לא עוסקת בתשלום ובגביית כספים.

מה בנוגע לתשלומים שונים לעמותה / לאירגון ישראל אייקיקאי?

אירגון ישראל אייקיקאי אינו מקבל תשלומים, אינו מחזיק בחשבון בנק או בקופה, ואינו מבקש דמי חבר. במידה ויהיה צורך ברכישה או בתשלום כלשהו, ייאסף כסף למטרה זו ללא עירוב העמותה או האירגון.

מטרת האירגון היא לקדם את התפתחות האייקידו בישראל ולא להתעסק בכספים, הנפקת תעודות, כרטיסי חבר וכו'.
מינימום ביורוקרטיה, תפקידים ותארים.
מקסימום אימונים והתפתחות הדדית.

ריכוז מידע אודות ניהול מבחני דאן:

בקרוב יוקם אתר אינטרנט אשר יאפשר לנו ליישם את השקיפות והשיתופיות בהן אנו דוגלים. באתר יופיעו כל הדוג'ואים שקשורים לאייקיקאי בישראל וכן יופיעו בו כל המסמכים והמידע הנחוצים לכולנו. באתר יהיה גם תרגום לעברית לעברית של תקנון אייקקיאי, דרישות הדרגות של אייקקיאי, וכן תקנון העמותה.

תקשורת עם אייקיקאי

כיצד מתבצעת התקשורת עם אירגון אייקיקאי?

כל פניה אל הומבו דוג'ו נעשית דרך מזכירות האירגון. האחראי על תקשורת עם הומבו דוג'ו דואג לכך שכל פניה תיעשה על פי האטיקט ובצורה מכובדת ביותר.

מהי התיחסות אייקיקאי לגבי ההתארגנות שלנו?

(זאב): לפני מספר שנים פניתי בנושא זה אל הומבו דוג'ו. נפגשתי עם ראש המחלקה הבינלאומית שלהם (מר טאני סנסיי) ועם אוסאווה סנסיי שהשתתף אף הוא באותה פגישה. הם הציעו לי שאנסה לרכז כמה שיותר אירגונים ודוג'ואים ושנקים אירגון משותף. הם אמרו לי שישקלו להעניק הכרה רשמית לכל אירגון שיענה על הדרישות של אייקיקאי. כעת, משהוקם האירגון, נשלחה הודעה אליהם והם אמרו שהם קיבלו אותה. בתחילת 2014 אני אבקר שם שוב ואגיש להם בשם כולנו בקשה להכרה רשמית.

האם מתוכננים אירועים במסגרת פעילות האירגון?

אנחנו מקווים להמשיך בפעילויות קודמות וליזום פעילויות שיתמכו באירגון:

• סדנאות ידידות תקופתיות

• במידת הצורך: מבחני דאן

כיצד מצטרפים לאירגון:

חבר רשמי בעל זכות הצבעה, הוא ראש דוג'ו או מורה פעיל שהוא בעל דרגת דאן של אייקיקאי והסמכה להדרכה על ידי גוף מוכר על ידי ממשלת ישראל. כל מי שעונה על הדרישות הנ"ל יכול להחשיב עצמו לחבר באירגון.

הגעה לפגישות ולכל האירועים היא פתוחה לכולם – גם למי שאינם חברים באירגון. זכות הצבעה ניתנת רק למי שהשתתף בפגישה אחת לפחות (תוספות ופירוט נמצא בתקנון העמותה שיפורסם בקרוב).

מה לגבי חברים באירגוני אייקידו אחרים?
אפשר להשתייך במקביל לאירגון "ישראל אייקיקאי" ולארגונים נוספים במקביל.

כיצד מורים בכירים של הומבו דוג'ו שמגיעים לכאן כבר שנים מתיחסים או עשויים להתייחס אל האירגון שלנו?

אין לנו מושג, אך כפי שנאמר, השאיפה היא שקהילת האייקידו בישראל תהיה כמו במדינות אחרות וכמו ביפן. ישראל היא לא נחלתו של מורה מסויים אלא מקום בו כל דוג'ו יכול להתפתח בדרכו ועם מוריו.

כשנקבל הכרה רשמית על ידי אייקיקאי, האם יגיע לכאן מורה מטעם ההומבו דוג'ו?

במידה וזה יקרה, או במידה ונחליט כארגון להזמין מורה כלשהו, סמינר שיערך כאן ינוהל ויקוים באופן שיתופי ושקוף וללא מטרות רווח, כך שהתשלום עבור השתתפות יהיה נמוך ככל האפשר ויהיה על בסיס חלוקה שווה בהוצאות הסמינר.

האם הומבו דוג'ו מתיחס אל דוג'ואים מערביים באופן מתנשא?

תקנון אייקיקאי על פיו אנו פועלים, זהה לתקנון אייקיקאי שעל פיו דוג'ואים יפניים פועלים. אייקיקאי מתייחס אל דוג'ואים במערב כיום באופן זהה לדוג'ואים יפניים. זאת הודות לעבודתם הקשה של בכירי המורים המערביים.

Purpose of meeting: discussion about dan gradings and communication with Hombu Dojo.

Dan / Kyu examinations:

How do organization members hold Kyu exams?

Each teacher conducts the kyu exams in their dojo without the organization’s involvement. Each teacher may test up to two levels below his current rank. A teacher holding 1st dan may test up to 2nd Kyu. A teacher holding the rank of Nidan may test up to Kyu 1. The teacher does not need to request permission from anyone. Teachers who want to give a certificate may do so independently.

Dan exams: how are Dan gradings performed?

One of the main reasons for setting up the organization was that Aikido has been developing in Israel for more than 30 years. We would like all the dojo’s who are members of the Organization to enjoy the same support and organization that dojos worldwide have.

In the current situation, dan grading is linked to expensive seminars and examinees who are not connected directly to the examiners. Religious aikidoka and those who are unable to attend due to financial reasons, find it difficult to take an exam under the current situation. A wide community of aikidoka enjoys and utilizes the current system, we see no need to oppose this system, however we would like to add four additional ways to dan grade. These methods are accepted and promoted by Hombu dojo:

• Grading by an Aikikai Hombu recognized Shihan. Either visiting or resident in Israel.
• A teacher from the dojo, 4th dan and above who is authorized by Hombu to grade.
• Dojos who do not have a 4th dan or above, may request grading help of a 4th dan or above, recognized by Hombu.
• An annual/periodic Organization gathering, open to all members, that will also include dan grading.
• Dan Grading: who can apply for rank/test from Shodan to 4th dan? How will the Organization maintain a high standard/level of ranking?

When applying for grading, the examinee’s teacher will provide:

• Teacher’s consent
• Examiner’s consent
• Documentation of training days and period of training.
• For Nidan and above: Copy of Yudansha passport.
• What about high ranks (5th dan and above)?
• Once a year, the beginning of January, Hombu dojo announces all the promotions of 5th dan and above.
• The Organization will help apply for these promotions, this will be done in the annual November meeting, enabling enough time to apply to Hombu. 

What will be needed for these applications is:

• Recommendation from direct teacher (if there is one)
• Documentation of the number of training days, teaching and seminar attendance since the last ranking.
• Copy of the Yudansha passport.

Will exams be performed under any kind of supervision or definition of any standards or conditions?

The Organization’s goal is to offer help and assistance to those dojos requiring help. One of the basic rules of the Organization is not to interfere or be involved in matters of the dojo, instruction, test, etc. The basic requirements are defined in the Aikikai Hombu Dojo charter and the test requirements as displayed in the web site. Dojos may define stricter testing criteria, but cannot require lesser testing criteria.

How does one get permission to take a test?

All test requests are referred to the International Department of Hombu Dojo. The department handles requests from thousands of dojos worldwide, we would like to:

Refrain from flooding Hombu with many scattered requests, all requests will be sent at three pre-defined dates yearly.

Create a trusting relationship with Hombu by following the Aikikai Organization charter.

Other Organzation’s activities: 

In the near future we will prepare a kit that will have helpful information regarding the administration of the tests, for members of the Organization.

In 2014 we will request permission from Hombu to rank by a 6th dan. In 2013 we received such permission. Following that, in 2015 we will request permission to rank by 5th dans and after that, in 2016 we will request permission to rank by 4th dans.

The Organization will submit requests for tests to Hombu, in the beginning of March, July and November. Teachers should submit all necessary forms to the Organization one month before the above dates.

Payment for dan exams:

Payment is directly to the Aikikai Organization through wire transfer. Each examiner will take care of payment for his examinees. The Organization does not deal with payment. 

Payment to the Organization:

The Israel Aikikai Organization does not receive payments, does not hold a bank account and does not require a membership fee. In the case where funds are needed, the funds will be collected ad hock without the involvement of the Organization.

The Organization’s objective is to promote aikido in Israel. The Organization will not be involved in financial matters, issuing memberships, certificates, etc. 

Access to information regarding dan exams:

An Organization web site will be set up shortly. It will include a list of all affiliated dojos, Hebrew translations of Aikikai charter and ranking requirements as well as the Organization’s charter.

Communication with Aikikai

How do we communicate with Aikikai?

Any communication with Hombu is done via the secretary who is responsible for the communication channel. All communications will be handled according to etiquette in a respectful manner.

What does Aikikai think of our Organization?

A few years ago Ze’ev approached Hombu dojo regarding this issue. He met with the head of the international department, Mr. Tani sensei and with Osawa sensei who attended the meeting. They suggested that Ze’ev will bring as many dojos as possible together and establish a common organization. They said that they would consider recognizing an organization that followed Aikikai’s requirements. Once the Organization was established, they received notice about the Organization. Ze’ev will visit Hombu in the beginning of 2014 and request formal recognition of the Organization.

We hope to continue to promote activities: 

• Periodic Friendship seminars
• Annual meeting
• Seminars
• Dan exams

How do you join the Organization?

A formal member, with voting rights, is a dojo-cho or an active teacher, holding a dan rank from Aikikai and an instructor’s certificate recognized in Israel. Any such aikidoka can consider himself a member of the Organization. Anyone can attend the meetings, even non-members. Voting power is given to those who have attended at least one previous meeting (details are in the Organization’s charter). There is no limitation to belong to any other organization while being a member of the Organization.

What can we expect regarding the response from the visiting Hombu dojo shihans who visit Israel?

We do not know what their response will be. However we thrive to have an aikido community like in other countries and Japan. We would like aikidoka in Israel develop their own path with their teachers.

When we receive formal recognition from Aikikai, will they send a teacher for a seminar?

If this happens or if we decide to invite a teacher and organize a seminar, the seminar will be at the lowest possible cost. No profits will be drawn.

Does hombu dojo (Japan) look at Western dojos condescendingly?

Our Organization operates by the same charter as Japanese dojos do. Aikikai regards Western dojos by the same standards as they regard Japanese dojos. In many ways this is due to the relentless work of Western teachers.
